Pricing and contracts
Services start at $500 with no monthly commitment. Everything is a la carte — you pick exactly what you need and pay for that. No bundles, no minimums, no surprise fees. Larger packages are scoped based on what your operation needs and quoted before we start any work.
Most of our services don't require a long-term contract — you can cancel anytime. Some engagements, like a full website build or a custom outreach setup, involve a short initial commitment to cover the setup work. We'll always be clear about what applies before you sign anything. Either way, we're not in the business of locking people into something that isn't working for them.
No. Everything is scoped and priced before we start. If the scope changes mid-engagement, we tell you before doing any additional work. Some services have a ramp-up period before you see results — we will always set that expectation clearly upfront so there are no surprises.
Absolutely. A lot of operators start with one thing — maybe a website revamp or CRM cleanup — and add more as they see results. You're never required to buy a package. Start small, see how it works, and scale from there.

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization. When someone asks ChatGPT, Google AI, or Perplexity "what's the best black car service in Chicago?" — AI models pull from websites, directories, and online content to generate an answer. GEO is the work of making sure your company appears in those answers. It's newer than traditional SEO but growing fast. Corporate travel managers and executives are already using AI to find vendors. We make sure you're one of the options they see.
We help in two ways. First, we identify companies, universities, hospitals, hotels, and municipalities in your market that run or are likely to run ground transportation shuttle programs — and we build outreach to get in front of them before an RFP even goes out. Second, when an RFP does come in, we provide ready-to-use response templates tailored to your operation so you show up looking professional, competitive, and prepared. Winning RFPs is often about presentation as much as price — we help you nail both.
We do it for you. Our team owns the outreach — building the prospect list, writing the messages, sending, following up, and managing responses. You don't need to hire anyone or learn a new tool. We handle it and pass you leads that are warm and ready to talk.
We work with operators across the United States. Our team has direct experience in major ground transportation markets including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami, Washington D.C., Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Boston, Seattle, Las Vegas, Denver, and Phoenix — as well as many secondary markets. If you're outside these cities, reach out. We work remotely and aren't limited by geography.
Process and timelines
Fast. After an initial call, most operators are up and running within one to two weeks. That means outbound live, strategy locked, and your first deliverables in progress. We don't drag out onboarding — the sooner we start, the sooner you see results.
It's a straightforward conversation — no pitch, no deck. We want to understand your operation: how many vehicles, what markets you serve, who your current clients are, and where you want to grow. From there we tell you exactly what we'd recommend and what it would cost. You decide if you want to move forward. No pressure either way.
Very little. That's the point. We're designed for operators who are busy running their business. After the initial onboarding call, most of our work happens in the background. We check in regularly with updates and warm leads — but we don't need you in the weeds with us.
Is this right for me?
Yes. We work with operators of all sizes — from owner-operators with a few vehicles to established companies with large fleets. In fact, smaller operators often benefit most because they're competing against bigger players without the same resources. We level that playing field.
Absolutely — that's actually a great starting point. It means you've already proven you can handle the work. We use that credibility to get you in front of more accounts just like them, and to go after shuttle contracts and recurring business that compounds over time.
Yes. We handle all the technical work. You don't need to know anything about CRMs, SEO, or AI tools. We set everything up, explain what it does in plain language, and run it for you. Your job is to run great rides — ours is everything else.

It depends on the service. Outbound outreach typically generates responses within the first few weeks. SEO takes longer — usually 60 to 90 days before you see meaningful movement in rankings. Website revamps and CRM work deliver value immediately. We set clear expectations for each service upfront so you know what to expect and when.
Some services have a ramp-up period — SEO takes time to build, outbound pipelines take a few weeks to warm up. We set honest expectations upfront so you always know what to expect and when. If something isn't delivering after that window, we troubleshoot together — adjust the targeting, rewrite the messaging, change the approach. And if it's still not the right fit, you can cancel. No long-term commitment required on most services. We work hard to earn your business every month, not lock you into something that isn't working.
